PRESIDENT STATEMENT

I received a verbal complaint from an owner regards the wrongdoing of our administrator, Jose Ramon. This owner also provided me with two solicitors reports.
I requested the owner submit his allegations against our administrator to me in writing.
As president I discussed with La Recoleta committee and agreed we inform Jose Ramon of the allegations being made against him. Jose Ramon advised me he would consult with a solicitor and provide a report.

When I have collated the reports and obtained the complaint in writing I will be in a position to expand further.
