Welcome to La Recoleta Community

This website is for the owners of La Recoleta Community, a 5-star residential and holiday resort on the Costa Blanca situated near Torrevieja and less than one hours drive from either Alicante or Murcia airports.

Our community consists of 405 luxury apartments in wonderful and vibrant gardens with three swimming pools and only a few minutes walk to the sea.

The main purpose of this website is to keep the owners up to date with all the news from the complex and surrounding areas. The community of La Recoleta is run by Ben Brownlee (President) and his team of committee members who are there to manage the services and represent the community.

We employ a professional administrator and a wide range of professional contractors in order to maintain high standards on the complex. Security in the complex and surrounding areas is of high importance and we operate a 24/7 control by use of CCTV and professionally trained and uniformed patrol officers.

The forum also gives you the owners the chance to air your views on your issues and concerns or maybe you have visited somewhere nice during your stay on the complex and you want to communicate it to the other owners.
